    Our stay was delightful! The breakfast was superb, especially the variety and the lovely ambiance of the restaurant. We adored the resort-style swimming pool that felt like an oasis in the city. The room was spacious and thoughtfully designed, perfect for relaxing after our busy days exploring Bangkok.

    Location is excellent, the staff members are very friendly and the breakfast set up, choice and quality are excellent..

    The swimming pool design/location is not ideal. The colour of the tile is too dark. Some may like the idea of trees providing partial shade but can obscure most needed early morning and evening sun light.

    had fairly nice stay for one night. we were in a marvellous location just a pleasant stroll away from a short street. moreover, it's just off the sky train and terminal 21. the staff was amicable and outstandingly accommodating, the breakfast offered was tasty with lots of food.

    The evening live music at the pool complemented the relaxing atmosphere. The staff's thoughtful gesture of preparing a vegetarian platter for me made my stay feel very personalized and welcoming.

    Its a nice hotel but I would not classify it to be good enough to be in "Luxury Collection of Hotels". Nice restaurants and jazz bar.

    The lobby is small and not as welcoming as that of the other Sheraton in Bangkok "Royal Orchid Sheraton". On value of money front, I would definitely consider Royal Orchid Sheraton as my preference.

    I like the classic design of the bathrooms The location of the hotel is amazing, which is just a minute walk away from Terminal 21 I like the taxi service whereby the hotel staff will hand you a paper with the car plate of the taxi, this way we will feel more secure. I really appreciate how helpful the staffs were when our luggage was stuck inside the boot of a taxi. One of the staff accompanied the taxi driver to the car garage to unlock the boot for us, allowing us to go shopping instead. I kinda like the butler service but feel that the service can be improved.

    I didn't really like how the hotel staffs paid more attention to the Caucasian guests and ignored us as both our groups alighted the taxis. During our breakfast buffet, the staffs greeted the Caucasian guests with a smile but when they came to our table, they did not say a word. The staffs treated the other Asian guests differently.

    Very clean and staff very efficient and helpful. Excellent food especially in the Basil Restaurant where we ate our evening meal and very knowledgable staff who explained the menu choice fully. Close to a large shopping centre and beside railway station if you want to explore Bangkok.

    The ease of access to everywhere. A direct walkway to Skytrain and Terminal 21 mall. And its close proximity to the park for biking/jogging, etc.

    The light switches are poorly considered. The switch locaton for each light is designed to drive the guest crazy.

    Goo staff , good food, good location, beautiful pool but small. Good service and polite staff. Thank god this is one of the few places in Thailand most of the staff speak English.

    The hotel is located at a good location but the traffic is too much. Plan your trip around Bangkok and to the airport with good marginal . Pool is very small compare to the size of the hotel and no nearby beach. Expensive Hotel even for a five star , compare to prices in Thailand.

    Beautiful hotel with a great view; Exceedingly courteous and helpful staff - from the check-in desk to the cleaning service to the dining staff; one of, if not the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in. Recommend becoming Sheraton Starwood Member.
